Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $15 deposit is required for all bookings. Deposits go toward your final service total.
Reconstruction, color, or specialty services may require a higher deposit or percentage deposit.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes without communication, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook. No-call/no-shows may not be eligible for future bookings.
Deposits may only be transferred once if rescheduling is made at least 24 hours in advance. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
